A Passion for the Kitchen

Chef Matthew Gravilla was born and raised in the Pro Football Hall of Fame city of Canton, Ohio. As a kid, he would gravitate towards the smells of the kitchen and watch as his grandparents cooked whole pig roasts, family meals, and church service meals. Matthew went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, Summa Cum Laude. His culinary career has spread over 25 years and six different states across different regional cuisines with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and local mom-and-pop shops.

In that time, Matthew has served celebrities, professional athletes, politicians, influencers, and most importantly, his happy customers. As an award-winning chef, he now turns his attention to creating indulgent Texas bowls packed with healthful nutrients and none of the bad stuff. Matthew is also a member of the Austin Food Trailer Chamber and an innovator of fresh new ideas.
